We are trying to use Tessitura with Windows 8 installed on it, and when we try and launch the application we are getting a message saying "From Path 'T:\impresario client\' does not exist or is not accessible. The user is a local administrator on the surface but not a domain administrator. When I click on the T:\ drive, I can access the files without issue. I've also tried adding T:\impresario client and T:\startup to the environment variables.

I find that User Account Control (UAC) can cause all sorts of problems with permissions. It might be worth disabling it and seeing if you can then can access the file locations. If it doesn't work then you can always enable again.
