Can anyone tell me what logic is used for this measure? For example, is it looking at tx_perf_seat then filtering by specific values in the seat_status column? I am trying to compare this measure against values in the procedure RP_PERF_SALES_SUMMARY_DTL_PT (Performance Sales Summary by PT report).
Thanks in advance.
Hi Matt,
Num Tickets is a count of sublineitems (excluding anything voided or returned). If you have unseated orders in T-Stats, they are likely included as well, although you can filter them out using the Filter/Slicer. The T-Stats nightly load does not by default limit based on seat status. Depending on your load parameters, T-Stats may or may not include unfulfilled rollovers, so a direct comparison to tx_perf_seat probably won't be fair. If you're looking to do some matching, this article may be of interest, keeping in mind that if you are comparing current seasons, there will likely be some variance due to activity taking place after the last refresh completed.
You might also get more replies to T-Stats questions if you post in the T-Stats group discussions rather than the Technical Forum. As always, if you have additional questions about T-Stats you can always have one of your organization's designated support contacts reach out to T-Stats@jcainc.com for assistance.
