Problem Accessing Production Security

Today I tried to access our production security module and received the following message:

DBMS is not supported in your current installation.

I have never seen this message before, and test security works just fine. No major (or minor for that matter) changes were done to Tessitura or our database, so I'm perplexed as to why I am receiving this message. Can anyone who has encountered this message before help? Thanks in advance.

This will occur if the tessitura.ini file, specified as the "target" of the security module shortcut, is unavailable or not present. This is usually in the c:\windows\system or c:\windows\system32 folder.

One reason it may not be available is a lack of permission to open it for the currently logged-in user.

    Hope this helps!
