We use allocations for our season ticket holders to give priority to customers who have been subscribing for a longer period time. We use a single MOS for all levels of subscribers, so it is only the rank that limits access to allocations.
In the security module, our Customer Service Reps user group has not been given access to the Security object "Ticketing Override Alloc Rank". So if they click on a seat with an allocation that requires a rank higher than the currently loaded constituent has they receive a pop up message saying "Invalid Entry - That seat is Not In Allocation". However, if they click on a seat that is within allocation for the current rank next to seats that are not in the allocation, the system will pick up both the seats that are allowed and the seats next to them that should be denied to a customer of that rank.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to prevent it happening?
