Adding transaction fees to orders

In the Fee rules, I would select the price types that DO apply and make sure any price types $35 or less are not selected.

For our 2016 season management have decided they wish to add a transaction fee per booking with a few exceptions which we can manage using order, performance, price type, package and MOS

They would like to investigate exempting any bookings of $35 or less from this charge.

We could manage it manually over phone and at counter but that leaves room for operator error and does not solve the issue of online sales.

 Has anyone done something similar to this?

Thank you for your email, the problem is the accumulative, if there are enough of those individual prices to add up to the $35 amount then the transaction fee would need to be added.

Oh I see. We have done this in the past and we had our programmer code it for the site. So he looked at the total of the items in the cart and would adjust based on that. So essentially we bypassed Tessitura and created the functionality in the web application.
