We are currently without a DB administrator.
I'm hoping this is a simple fix. We have a staff member that has been promoted and now needs to be able to view batches that belong to others in order to do the post. She was added to the same User Group as everyone that has View and Posting batch rights but she still cannot see anyone's batch other than her own.
Any ideas?

It is a simple fix. :) This can be accomplished in the Tessitura Security application on the user screen by selecting her name and then selecting the Manager button at the bottom of the screen. From there choose all the user groups over which she should have batch rights and save.
In the security module, check that this user has ‘manager’ over the other users/groups. I think that might be it!
