We are having some issues with sales data on the ticket scanners and wonder if anyone has run into a similar issue.
Basically, the scanners display lower numbers for counts of tickets sold (in the Monitor Attendance module) than the Season Overview in Tessitura displays. The counts have been lower by about 25 – 200 tickets per performance (we have about 2000 seats total).
The LRP_NSCAN_SALES_INFO procedure is displaying the correct information from Season Overview.
The NScan default for custom sales procedure is set to NO.
We are not using control groups.
We’ve been working with Tessitura technical support and have not yet hit upon the explanation for the problem.
Has anyone else had an issue like this? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
