My admin assistant is locked out of our Tessitura account. Can someone please help?
Contact your internal support department or DBA.
If you’re on RAMP you need someone who has the Security or Password reset icons on their 2X screen. If you’re not RAMP you need to log onto computer that has the Security icon and log in as admin.
