I'm hoping that one of the report writers with Tessitura can speak to this, but all input is welcome.
Virtually all of the reporting around package sales exclude non-fixed seat packages. Since our flex packages make up a significant portion of our subscription sales we are unable to use many of the stock reports.
What is it about non-fixed packages that precludes them from this reporting? For instance, in the Package Exchange Report I was able to include Non-Fixed packages by commenting out one line of the WHERE clause. I didn't see anything in any of the reports I've looked at that touches on seat numbers or assignments so I am a bit baffled at the exclusions.
Something tells me I've asked this here before but I couldn't find it in my previous posts, so I apologize if this is a duplicate.
