We have an issue where multiple tickets are printing off for some of the seats in our facility. It is not happening for every order including those seats, and we are still trying to identify a link between the constituents and/or orders where this does happen.
In this situation, we will have upwards of 20 copies of the ticket printed, often with only one line of the ticket design printing off on each piece of ticket stock. When using the batch print function to export these tickets to excel, we got either 84 or 126 lines for each ticket in the exported file.
Again, this is not happening for every order with these seat numbers. As you can imagine, this creates quite an issue when it does come up.
Has anyone run into this before, or have any advice on where to investigate the issue? I'm imagining that it's an issue with the seats in the facility build, but given the inconsistency of the issue, we're not sure on that.

We experienced the same issue a few months ago. Check the contiguity of the venue you are using in facility manager. That solved our problem.
