N-Scan related error

We are receiving an unspecified error message on a couple of our ticket scanners.  I have looked for previous forum posts addressing this and could not find anything.  We are running N-Scan version 5.30.0.0

The error message that appears on the scanner:

frmTrack_Load = Unspecified error [\Program Files\Tessitura\NScanPPC\attend.sdf]

The connection to the server is fine and dandy.
My hope is that there is a slight adjustment necessary on the device or in Tess to remedy this.  Any help would be appreciated!
