I've been asked by two different people if there's a way to choose a default entry for a dropdown box in the Tessitura client. One person asked if Billing Type could be set to a certain default, based on user group. And now another person has asked if Order Category could be set to a default either based on user group or even individual login.
Personally, this seems silly to me, but if such a customization is built into the client, I have no problem setting it for them. I also have doubts that such granular, esoteric functionality was programmed into Tessitura.
So, does this exist?
