Hi,
Has anyone done any customization to the EPS Transaction Summary report to make it a) a little more user-friendly and b) consortium-friendly?
On the surface it's the report we need (very similar to a previous custom report we had for Transcend), except that it pulls ALL the Element activity, for our entire consortium. Alternately, we can run it by acceptor ID, but that results in 3-5 separate reports for the organizations who have multiple merchant accounts.
I'm curious whether anyone else has:
- aliased the acceptor IDs to make them more user-friendly (maybe through a view or local table?)
- added control group security
- made the acceptor ID parameter multi-select
Feel free to chime in with ideas/warnings/alternate solutions... would love to hear whether anyone else has tried to do something with this report - and of course if anyone cares to brainstorm or share code I would be endlessly grateful!
