We're in planning for a discussion session in Orlando called Cross-Organizational E-Commerce
The full speil says:
Does your organization sell tickets through agencies, or present in venues that aren't part of your Tessitura database? Can we make those external transactions appear in Tessitura in real time, without having to do a big import? Let's talk about how to share sales orders cross-organizationally - both the technical requirements, and how we can work together to make it happen.
Now... We know that for most if not all of us (me, for example), this is of the nature of an aspirational goal, rather than something we might actually be doing ... But we're in search of someone out there in Tessituraville with reasonably serious experience of sharing order or other e-commerz data with other Tess orgs, (or possibly T.Monster or others of that ilk), presumably using the existing Tess Order Export-Import routines, on a regular or even automated basis, who would be willing to share their painfully-acquired knowledge with the rest of us, as the Guru for our discussion.
