My network administrator and I are trying to come up with full monitoring coverage (using nagios) of the services. So far we're covering the Rest API and payment gateway/seat server by loading the Services Dashboard page and searching for any instance of the word 'error' (used as the class of a table cell in the event that a row displays failure), and covering the WebAPI by calling the GetAPIDiagnostics method and verifying the existence of the word "Pass". Wondering if anyone has already gone through this process and has more reliable criteria, and/or strategy for testing TessituraWeb (TOTG) and Tessitura Dashboards.

I'm super new to Nagios but we really need to be able to monitor Tess services. I was wondering if you could share how you currently configured Nagios if you have the time. I'm using Nagios Core. I'm assuming you are as well. Maybe as I learn more we can help each other out.
