TNEW Help Desk/Help Ticket

Here is what I'm guessing is an overly easy question to answer:

I understand what TASK is and when to use it, but is there a separate TNEW Help Desk/Help Ticketing System?

    Jolene, 

     

    TASK is the universal support system for ALL Tessitura products.  Now that your TNEW site is live, we will add the Web Products workspace to your TASK login so that you may open support tickets.  For the rest of this week, however, you can continue to report all issues to the implementation team.
