Just last night I started receiving the below message in Warning emails from our Print at Home service. Tickets are still generating and sending. There have been no config changes to the server. Has anyone seen this?:
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The network path was not found
The PAH server is able to connect to SQL Server. I am seeing the same error in the log files.

Try restarting the application pool your SOAP API resides in. If that doesn't do the trick, open a help ticket and we'll investigate further with you.
Thanks, Brian! We restarted the service on the PAH server and stopped receiving these messages.
