Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has run into the same problem where a customer may have so many constituencies, that they run out of screen real estate in the header to display them all.
Is there a way to alter the font size of the const codes to fit more on the screen? Or maybe there is some other solution?

Hi Porter.
The header is just an infomaker report, basically, so you can modify it to your heart’s content – within the window of space allowed.
There’s a doc on how to do it that you can download from the website:

hi,
another solution, which doesn't involve modifying the header code, is a shortcut for changing the dimensions of the fields within Ticketing Order (Ctrl+MouseWheel after clicking on the chosen field). That is something that each user can do as they see fit, so could be useful for viewing those customers who have multiple constituencies.
Mind you, this is heavily dependent on your screen resolution. It works fine with 1280x1024.
all the best,
Michal
Also if you just mouse wheel on the constituent header it will move up and down. So you could add more items to the header, then mouse mouse wheel to the rest.
