We have a set of Packages where the Price Zone has been updated but the Base Map for the Packages shows the old value. For example, seat A1 has been upgraded from B reserve to A reserve. Selecting the seat map for the performances display the seat as being in the A reserve Price Zone but the Package composite map still has it a B Reserve.
I have run both UP_UPDATE_COMP_MAPS and UP_UPDATE_ZONE_NO but this has not resolved the issue.
We are still on v11.
Does anyone have any pointers as to what I've missed?

Martin - I suspect that the zones were changed for the performances via Season Maintenance and not via a zone map in Facility manager?
If this is the case, the Zones when done this way they don’t get to the base maps or the composite maps as these changes are strictly limited to the performances.
If it was done by using a Zone Map in Facility Manager then raise a Support Ticket so we can look at it for you.
