Infomaker Reports running extremely slow after upgrade to 9.0.0.1

We just upgraded to version 9.0.0.1 and since the upgrade certain custom report are now taking forever to run.  We are on Infomaker Verison 10.5.1 build 6021.  There is no consistency for which reports will run slow.  I have one report that runs perfectly fine but a copy of the same report with a minor modification take 10 times the amount of time to run.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Have you run the UP_REBUILD_ALL_INDEXES procedure since the upgrade to v9.0.0.1 was performed?
