Hi All -
For one list of patrons, our subscription rollover set was run twice in error. Not a huge issue because the first time rollover was run, it captured the correct packages and seats for these patrons. However, when the rollover utility was reset and the list run again, it placed duplicate line items (with no seat assignments) in the patron’s rollover order as we placed a past date in the “Add to Orders Created After” field.
My question is: Is there a way to remove these duplicate line items from the affected patron’s rollover orders without going into each of these orders manually to remove these line items?
I understand that the seat cancellation utility wouldn’t work because there are no seats in these duplicate line items to remove.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!
