I've done several imports since I've started working with Tessitura and haven't had any real problems. But we finally get to V11 and imports seem to go out the door. Even had the import patch applied and doesn't seem to be doing any good. We're also on RAMP, so there's that.
So! Problem (and I'm not even sure it's the cause of my import-problem, but it's something I noticed):
Checking Importing Documentation I'm told I need a "Format File" path. I think, that's weird, I didn't seem to need one in V10, but whatevs. So I check TR_IMPORT_ORDER_SET.
Now, in the documentation, "Format File" is listed third, but of course it isn't. For that matter it isn't a column header anywhere on our version of this table. So I think, odd, maybe it's tech-"magic".
So I try just running a review to see what would happen.
"Import Set Criteria - Format File: (none)"
"Error 0, Severity 0, State 0, Procedure , Line 0, No format file path defined in criteria set."
WHAT? There was no place to put it!
So, did I miss the button that makes this column magically appear? I mean, I'd love to give it data....I just need a place to put it.
Anyone have any ideas? We're plum out here.

There is an error in the v11 documentation regarding the order of the columns in TR_IMPORT_ORDER_SET (the error has been corrected in the v12 documentation, though I just noticed I still need to correct the table screenshot). The Format File column is at the end of the table, right after Transact as Household. There are many columns in this table, so generally it will require some scrolling to get all the way to the end.
If you aren’t finding it right after the Transact as Household column, you should open a help ticket to get further assistance from the support staff.
