Running Tessitura on Windows Server 2012R2

I'm trying to install the Tessitura V12.1.2.40 client on a Windows Server 2012R2 server as a prerequisite for the GSR Batch reporting program. After I copy the files over (client files, PBVM folder, and ini file) and try to run the application, I get the following error

Faulting module name: PBVM120.dll, version: 6.3.9600.17630, time stamp: 0x54b0d74f

Exception code: 0xc0000135

Fault offset: 0x0009e0b2

Faulting application path: <C:\Users\adm-bbenns\Tessitura\Impresario Client\Tessitura.exe>

Faulting module path: PBVM120.dll

Report Id: 4f396271-c29d-11e4-80c0-00155d653d03

Faulting package full name:

Faulting package-relative application ID:

Google tells me this is a .NET version error. .NET 4.5 is installed (includes 4) as well as all the legacy .NET options. Any idea what the issue could be? Is Windows Server 2012R2 a supporter OS for Tessitura?

    Did you add the PBVM folder to your PATH?
