We have a number of young artist programs where folks apply and submit audition videos or mp3s and then are reviewed and chosen. Is anyone else doing this kind of thing and is using software that they think works well?

We use YAP Tracker both for the Florida Grand Opera Young Artist Program application and for the Young Patronesses of the Opera Voice Competition.
