New Department - "Central Station"

Hi everyone,

In preparation for our May 2014 Tess launch, we pulled people and functions from our Ticketing, Development and Education areas and made a new department called Central Station. My 12-person team now oversees reservations, payment processing and customer service for visitors as well as donors.

Has anyone else made a move like this? We have a lot of unique challenges as well as success stories and I'd love to connect with someone in a similar spot.
