Ticket History Not Updating

We're 7 days into our new, 2015 season, and we've noticed that anything in the "Ticket History" tab for this new season isn't populating.

I can see orders coming in and being tracked under "Orders" but that information isn't being translated over to "Ticket History".

Any ideas where I need to switch over the new season?

  • Actually running V10, the last bastion of the past trying to resupply with a V11 update in the next month or so (and V12 within the year!)

    Are you on V11 or V12.

     

    You may need to check if the new season is in the relevant scheduled jobs in SSMS.

     

    In V12 they are:

    TP_UPDATE_TICKET_HISTORY and  if after package history TP_UPDATE_PACKAGE_HISTORY
