Hi
The Membership Renewal Notices report has stopped running since October. It picks up memberships under the Dual Membership organisation only. Not any other membership organisations. I can see nothing at all wrong with the memberships under these membership orgs.
I've ran the Renewal Notice in our test Tessitura and it works fine. I've compared accounts in test with live ... yet again no obvious differences.
Has anyone else had the same problem? If so, what was the resolution?
