Can't find Ticket History d_object

Hi all,

Case of a missing datawindow...

In TR_CUSTOM_TAB, our Perf History screen looks at the d_object ld_sample_performance_history_ungrouped. I can't find this data window in any of our local infomaker libraries in T_DEFAULTS (t:\user reports\publictheater.pbl, t:\user reports\nscan.pbl), or the Tessitura standard library, for that matter. Where could it be??

I ask because, while this is working in our Live environment, which is still in v.11, the screen is not working in our recently upgraded Test v.12 environment. I am getting the error "Could not find dataobject ld_sample_performance_history_grouped".

I intend to upgrade the perf/sub history screens with the new standard screens offered with v.12, but as we have legacy data that I need to decide what to do with, there will be a slight lag - and I want something to work until then...

    The local datawindows for all sample screens and formats are located in the following folder of the Tessitura Installer ZIP available on TASK.   The path for these in the 12.1 installer file structure is:

     

    Developer Tools\TessituraSampleLibrary\Sample Formats

    In this folder is a single PBL (Infomaker Library) file containing all sample datawindows. 

     

    Datawindows for standard reports are contained in PBLs within this folder:

    Developer Tools\TessituraSampleLibrary\Standard Reports

    Thanks for your answer. I see the Tessitura Sample Formats Library in the installer file and when I open that library in Infomaker, the datawindow currently used for our Ticket History screen in Live v.11 environment (ld_sample_performance_history_(un)grouped) is not listed.  

    I assume this is why I'm getting the Could not find dataobject error in the Test v.12 client. So I was hoping I could find the datawindow template we are using in Live, and copy that into the PBL for 12.

    If that plan is sound, then I guess what I'm trying to do is find the dataobject referenced in the client in v.11, which is currently working. And I'm not sure which PBL to check.

    Or.. is the plan not sound?
