error message and system crash

I'm encountering a series of error messages and then my system shuts down when I'm trying to open the Price tab for a performance. Here are the errors:

"An irrecoverable application error has occured. The application will need to be closed or restarted.

Controller_pricing_grid.retrieveprices.13: PerformancePriceCacheEntity did not contain a perf price with a zone ID of 1596"

Then, the next message encountered is:

"PowerBuilder application execution error R0002

Application terminated

Error: Null object reference at line 6 uf_save of object panel_performance_pricing_grid"

Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated. I need to adjust a price and can't access the tab at all.

Thanks,

Laura

    Laura,

I have observed that this happens when prices are added to T_PERF_PRICE with a zone that does not exist in whatever facility the performance is in. This seems to occur occasionally when mass updates are made to pricing for several shows via Season Manager or any other method.

I would check to see if that's your issue, and I'm sure TASK will help!
