Season Greetings, fellow Tessiturians!
Scenario: OA wishes to limit the purchase of tickets at the Company Rush or Staff Rate price type via the website to people who have logged into the website and who have the OA Staff constituency. Lynch have worked their magic and the functionality is integrated (rather wonderfully) into our website.
Problem: maintenance of staff records – particularly for contract/casual employees (most performers and musicians are not full time, salaried employees).
Question: OA uses ArtsVision and the contract/casual artists are all maintained there. Is anyone out there in a position where data from ArtsVision can be used to update records in Tessitura – by “massaging” the start/end dates on either a constituency or Affiliation?
