Assorted issues with BIDS/SSRS

Hi there,

I am attempting to create a custom report, and I'm having a few little issues.

1. I have gotten the SQL together and created the stored procedure, but I try to execute it, I get this error:
   "The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'LRP_MONA_TicketDesignElements', database 'impresario', schema 'dbo'."
   I am also getting this result when I try to import the dataset into BIDS. Do I need to mess with my permissions - and can I do that without compromising overall security?
2. I have created a report directly in BIDs (by copying in the SQL, rather than using a stored procedure). However I'm not sure how to deploy it; what do I need to set TargetServerURL as?
3. After deploying it, I then have to add it to the Report Setup System, correct? I have exported an xml file to modify and re-import. But how do I actually link it to my newly-created report? Is it the datawindow?
