One of the first things the people at my organization wanted to know about the Performance Summary screen was "so how do I know how many seats have been reserved, and how many are left?" To get these numbers, you have to pick out a few values from the screen and then do some mental math before you get your answer. I've just submitted an enhancement request, but I'm wondering if anyone happens to already have a performance custom tab built for exactly this reason?
The particular pieces of information I'm looking for are:
I get asked about these a few times a week from house management and parker staff, so I figure this has got to come up in other organizations, and it might already be a solved problem.
We haven't updated that screen/created a custom one, but we do have a report that shows Capacity, Holds, Sold, Reserved, % Sold/Reserved and Available seats. As it is an SSRS report, I could put this into the custom tab for people, although they seem happy with a report at the moment.
