Hi there,
I'd be interested to know if anyone has tried or investigated the possibility presenting Tessitura to users using App-V/ RemoteApp (or even XenApp) and whether it was successful or not?
Many Thanks

Hi
All of our internal users use Tessitura via RemoteApp, there are a few display issues with it with V12 but they should be fixed soon.
Took a little bit of scripting to get it to work with Chip&Pin machines and a local install of TNS Virtual Client, and to add virtual hostname to the ini file so we don't get the already running message. Took a little work to get Group policy setup to add the TS APP shortcut to the users desktop ad to allow single sign-on to the TS App boxes.
Overall it works well, and makes upgrades a lot easier especially in light of the UAC controls in Windows 7 when users don't have admin access. Also means investigating issues is somewhat easier as we would have the same environment running Tessitura as they do.
We have added a batch file as a Help Document which runs a cmd window ad echoes back which terminal server they are on, as when users do have difficulties it is normally related to their profile/session on that individual box.
We also did the move as part of a Tessitura upgrade (V11), this was partly to ensure people used the right link and also to try and remove direct comparisons in speed from the fat and thin clients.
