One of my marketing people created a source that cannot be deleted through Tessitura because it has customer records associated.
What is the safe way to do this in SQL?
Have you tried the "Delete Promotions and Sources" report to unpromote it? Or has the source been used for transactions and is associated with customer records in that way? If it's been used you probably should start with changing the source wherever it was used to an acceptable source. Then I'd expect you'd be able to delete the source through the front end.
