Management Rights for Reminders and Steps

Hi,

We're currently setup so that any Tessitura user can send a reminder to any other Tessitura user so that we can use the CSI functionality in the way we need to across the organisation.  We are now in a position to launch use of Plans and have discovered that due to the way we are currently setup, all users can see step reminders, which we would want to restrict to our Development department.

Is anyone faced with this same issue and if so, have you found a solution to this?

    Thanks, Ryan.  I couldn’t think of how control grouping would need to work to get it out of the list.  That’s sorted it for us!

    Hi Rathi,

    Have you tried control grouping the Step Type?
    Maybe that isn't what you mean, isn't an option, or is circumvented by your setup, but it should remove those plan steps from user groups without access to those control groups.
