We are changing a business process and I need to export all CSI on a specific constituent to an Excel file. I am trying to find the table that the customer services notes are saved to but cannot. Can anyone assist?
Found it just as I posted T_CUST_ACTIVITY
CSI notes live in the notes field in T_CUST_ACTIVITY.
