We are just starting to roll out Tessitura on the Go to our users but we want to keep a tight control over who can get to it. Obviously we don't want random people getting in but also people we haven't approved to use it (part-timers, interns, etc). Has anyone else addressed this issue? Any solution or recommendations?

We do have plans to add security to On The Go, both in terms of being able to log in at all and also to have selective use of it (can edit Plans, can view Plans, etc.) The global access functionality which simply controls who can log into the application will be part of 12.5. Other security enhancements have not been scheduled yet.
