I need help! We're about to embark on some telefunding with Artsmarketing. They have requested that we send them a data file that contains our constituent information - name, address, phones, ticketing info, subscription info, donation history, etc.The tricky part is there can only be one row per constituent but they want 5 years of donation history (summary), 5 most recent subscriptions (season, package, location, #seats, price), 5 most recent single ticket purchases (performance name, date, # seats, price), etc.
Has anyone worked with Artsmarketing before and created a query for this type of output? I don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.

We've worked with them and this was a little beyond me when they first asked. I'm sure this can be accomplished however, they do have the tools to make a flat file if you send them an excel with multiple lines per customer. Just tell them you can't do it and I bet they'll pony up. Good luck.
