Just fyi-
We discovered today that if a user posts a batch while logged in under a certain security group, then switches departments, and you remove the old security group from the user, then user’s name doesn’t appear in the batch administrator dropdown. Adding the old security group fixes that, but we really don’t want the user in that security group any more.

Does the user trying to do the batch admin have Manager rights to the batch-creator's new default UG?
I can't find the reference, but I think I recall that UG Manager rights for batches only work through the user's default UG.
