Has anyone experienced issues with NSCAN CSIs staying open, despite the front of house staff pressing Mark Read?
When I manually execute LRP_NSCAN_CLOSE_ACTIVITY, the procedure that (I presume) is supposed to close these guys, it works. But yet, hundreds of open CSIs. Would love to hear if this has happened to anyone else.

Have you checked to ensure that the value in LTR_NSCAN_DEFAULTS (or T_DEFAULTS if you’re on version 6.0 of N-Scan) is populated with the correct ID for the “N-Scan Message Delivered” action? It should have been auto-populated but if you have changed any values in TR_ACTION this could affect the behavior of the procedure.

Thank you for the tip! I confirmed that in LTR_NSCAN_DEFAULTS the value for the Message Close Action No. row is set to the N-Scan Message Delivered value.
