Hello everyone,
I am attempting to set up a contact point purpose for NSCAN to use my cell phone number as the email address to send a message to for different uses. I've followed all documentation to add a new purpose. All other purposes with the same default category show in the purposes....except the one I just added. I've done a re-login as well and yet the purpose I added is still not showing. Am I missing a step that I'm just not seeing in the documentation?
Also as an aside - I have added an attribute that is NSCAN Email and added my cell number in as the proper email structure.
I'm kerfuffled.

Christopher, have you added an entry in TX_CONTACT_POINT_CATEGORY_PURPOSE to cross-reference the Purpose with the Contact Point Category it's intended for? This is a separate step from indicating the Purpose Category when setting up the purpose TR_CONTACT_POINT_PURPOSE.
