Print at Home Tickets To Small

We have been doing print at home tickets for a while now.

However, over the last few weeks our FOH and BO folks have seen a number of print at home tickets coming into the office printed out very small.  Maybe taking up 1/4 of an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.

Have other organizations seen a bunch of these over the last few weeks / months?

    Outside of Tessitura I have seen cases where pdfs attached to emails are as you describe when printed. One of the people where I saw this happen was using a Mac, this was at the end of last year.

     

    Just thought I’d mention it as it might be more about printing pdf attachments.
