Hullo all, I'm interested in whether any of you are users of the Mindbody class management software? And if so, how are you integrating data generated in that system with Tessitura? See https://www.mindbodyonline.com/.
Sydney Dance Company uses Mindbody for sales of our dance classes and it works well for that purpose. We will scope out Tessitura v12's capabilities to manage that section of our business instead but that's for a later stage (we're yet to go live with Tessitura) so I'm looking at a short-to-medium term integration solution instead.
I know the National Ballet of Canada also uses Mindbody, but if others in the Tessitura community also use it there may be efficiencies in exploring a shared approach to integration via the API. I won't list the tech specs of Mindbody here, I'm just interested in a general response from other users at this point. Thanks.

Where did both your organisations get with this?
MBO is something we are considering and of course we'd prefer customer data ends back in Tessitura.
(Aaron, I did talk to Tamara start of the year and got the impression you were just occasionally importing some lists?)

We use it as a completely separate product and don’t do any kind of data exchange. Occasionally though, we import data to a local table and do a matching with the Tessitura data to see how many of our existing Tessitura clients are using our In Studio products.
I guess, scheduling capability is in the NextGen Roadmap, so one has to look into two options side by side integration via API vs wait & go with the Tessitura capability once available and do a onetime data conversion & transfer.
