SSRS print control in Tessitura not doing anything

Is anyone else getting a problem with the Print control with SSRS.  It appears on the screen and I've installed the 2012 R2 SSRS print control plugin (manually did this).  I've also updated to the latest version too:

When I click on the printer button from within Tessitura , nothing happens, but I can manually run the SSRS reports directly from the database server and when I click the print button, the print control appears.  I am able to create PDFs XLS etc... from within the client.

Any ideas gratefully received.
