Hi there,
We recently moved our live database to another instance of SQL server (same version). Everything seems to be fine however after moving the SSRS database across to the new SQL instance and changing Tessitura to use SSRS on that server we now get a 401 unauthorized error when we try to run any report from within the application.
I have tried creating a new SSRS DB and re-running TIM to install the SSRS reports again but we get the same error on any report.
Is this the double hop authentication problem? and am I going to have to re-install SSRS from scratch?
I really need to keep our current SSRS db and somehow migrate it to the new instance of SSRS as it contains some custom reports we need.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This appears to be the user that TessituraWeb (Tessitura on the Go) uses to make requests to SSRS not having rights to SSRS. Go into the Report Manager (in Internet Explorer) and check the site security. The user/group defined in web.config needs to have the Tessitura Web Reports Role assigned for both the site as well as the root report folders used.
