We are still testing v. 12.1.0.5950 When contributions are associated to plans, either manually or due to lined up campaign and designation, the sum very rarely shows up in the contributions field. The few that have appeared showed up immediately upon processing a payment on an associated pledge, though most times, making a payment to an associated pledge does not trigger, and contribution field holds at 0.
These are new plans and contributions entered in our v.12 TEST environment.
We did prepopulate the contribution field for migrated solicitation records, all for previous fiscal years.
Noticed I never got back to this to reply that we tracked down some artifact custom code interfering with this function.
