Error importing XML - Address details

Hi,

We're getting the error below when attempting to load the telephone and address radio buttons on a particular constituent with a household account. It happens for the household account and for the two individual accounts within it.

Error importing XML. ImportString error code: -11

DataStore.Class: nvo_ds_webservice

DataObject: d_postal_addresses

DataWindow:

Have tried searching for this in MSSQL under C_ADDRESS. When on the household account it brings up the incorrect address, when searching the two individual accounts it says there is a connection failure.

Any ideas?
