I'm working on an Order Import and I have an error message that I can't seem to fix. When I run the import in Review i get this error message: No matchup can be determined for a package, performance, section, or pricetype. We've set up everything according to the order import information - or at least we think we have. Any help would be appreciated!

The first thing you need to know to troubleshoot this is to know which (package, perf, section, pricetype) cannot be matched. If you can look in TW_ORDER_IMPORT for the session_id of the run, you should see which of the above has a code or description but no number or id. This should help to direct your investigation.
