I've been asked if it's useful for us to invest in SAP Crystal Reports and/or Crystal Dashboards for our internal reporting needs. It looks like Crystal Reports would be compatible with Tessitura as well as a few other CRMs we use, but I'm not sure how helpful they would be considering that I remember something about SSRS being the 'future' of Tessitura reporting. Does that ring any bells?
Does anyone have any experience on using Crystal Reports? Any advice?
As SSRS reports can be integrated in the reports menu, scheduled from the client and are available in Tessitura On the Go, they should be your preferred choice for new report development.
