I've been asked if it's useful for us to invest in SAP Crystal Reports and/or Crystal Dashboards for our internal reporting needs. It looks like Crystal Reports would be compatible with Tessitura as well as a few other CRMs we use, but I'm not sure how helpful they would be considering that I remember something about SSRS being the 'future' of Tessitura reporting. Does that ring any bells?
Does anyone have any experience on using Crystal Reports? Any advice?
We have Crystal reports for a small number of reports that are linked to our finance system that were written a long time ago.
That being said we are going to be transferring all of these to SSRS, as we already use SSRS for any new custom designed Tessitura reports and any reporting that is done from Artifax and our other SQL databases that we have in house.
